Read the following instructions carefully before submitting the online application.

| I. Before starting filling up the online application form: |

Scan your recent passport size photograph and keep the same in a convenient location in your PC so as to upload the same in your application. |
2. |
If you do not belong to SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen category, keep the Demand Draft for Rs.100/- towards the application fee ready. |

| II. Filling up the application form: |

The application form contains two pages. |

Fields marked with “*” are mandatory. |
| 3. |
After filling up the details in the first page and uploading the photograph click “Continue” to go to the next page. |
| 4. |
After filling up the details in the second page, click “Preview” to see a preview of the application. |
| 5. |
Verify all the details submitted. If all the details are correct, “Save” the application . Otherwise, if some details are to be modified, click “Modify”, make necessary modifications, and then “Save” the application. Once you save the application, the contents cannot be modified. |

On saving the application form, the registration number of your application will be displayed on the screen. Please note down the registration number for future reference. |
| 7. |
Take a print out of the application form by clicking the link “ Click here to View / Print the application”. If your PC is not connected to a printer you can take a print out of the application later on by visiting our website and clicking the link “View /Print registered application”. |

III. After taking a print out of the application form. |
1.

Put your signature on the application form at the space provided for the same. |
| 2. |
Attach attested copies of the certificates and testimonials in support of your age, educational qualifications, experience, category etc. |
| 3. |
Attach the Demand Draft towards application fee . |
| 4. |
Send the application form along with the attachments to the following address. |

The post applied for and the application registration number should be written on the top left hand corner of the envelope. |
